It's April 2020 and life is almost unrecognisable compared to just a few weeks ago. The world has been turned upside down by an invisible enemy that does not discriminate, leaving us all at risk. During this time of lockdowns and social distancing it is difficult to imagine a time when we can resume our previous lives again without the overshadowing fear of the Covid-19 virus. But it will happen. And I for one cannot wait to hug family and loved ones again. Stay safe.
In the meantime I have been developing this new website with the object of showcasing my passion for photography and sharing my work. It is certainly a work in progress, so if you are reading this then I thank you for your patience and I would also welcome your comments.
Nipping out into the garden with my camera and taking pictures of birds, bugs and nature has been incredibly therapeutic and certainly helps a little whilst isolating at home. After experiencing mild symptoms myself it feels wonderful to see and feel the sunshine and be outdoors, preferably with my camera around my neck. These are a couple of my 'in the garden' shots over the last couple of days. Hope you like them. By the way, the two dogs are two of my 'pack' of rescues enjoying the garden.
